During the second 30-minute webinar in our series on energy affordability issues, SECC's Deputy Director Jason McGrade shared additional findings from the "Alleviating Americans’ Energy Burdens" survey, which investigated Americans’ struggles to pay their electric bills over the past year and the steps that they have taken to pay and/or reduce their bills. Then, we heard a related presentation from Chuck Harder, who leads the Public Protection Division of the Office of the Arkansas Attorney General.
