During the first 30-minute webinar in our Summer Webinar Series on energy affordability issues, SECC's President & CEO Nathan Shannon shared a selection of key findings from the "Alleviating Americans’ Energy Burdens" survey, which investigated Americans’ struggles to pay their electric bills over the past year and the steps that they have taken to pay and lower their bills. Then, we heard a related presentation from Jennifer Easler, an attorney with the Office of Consumer Advocate in Iowa.
