We’re excited to announce that a new case study – Lowering the Energy Burden for Residents of Multifamily Housing – is now available for download on our website!

The case study explores MCE’s LIFT pilot program, which aimed to reduce the energy burden and improve the quality of life of residents in income-qualified multifamily properties. The program specifically aimed to incentivize switching gas and propane heating equipment to high-efficiency electric heat pumps.

With the addition of the new MCE case study, there are now 36 success stories available in our archive on topics like energy efficiency programs, time-of-use rate education, low-income programs and AMI deployments from a wide range of electricity providers, including National Grid, TVA, Ameren Illinois and AEP Ohio.
