We’re excited to announce that two new case studies on small-and-medium business programs from AEP Ohio and Consumers Energy have been added to our website!

The AEP Ohio case study covers the implementation of the Non-Residential Customer Engagement Solution, a suite of online tools and reports that have provided small business customers with access to their usage data, savings recommendations and other helpful tools.

The Consumers Energy case study highlights the utility’s efforts to transform their SMB portfolio and help SMB customers save energy during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the launch of a Virtual Energy Coaching service and the Gift $100 Offer for the online Marketplace.

With the addition of the two new case studies, there are now 35 success stories available in our archive on topics like energy efficiency programs, time-of-use rate education, low-income programs and AMI deployments from a wide range of electricity providers, including National Grid, TVA, Ameren Illinois and SMUD.
