We’re excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2022 Best Practices Awards, a unique awards program that highlights leadership from electricity providers in developing customer-centric programs, services and strategies.

For the fifth annual Best Practices Awards, we are adding a new category, the Energy Equity Award, to recognize initiatives that are helping advance a more equitable energy system. In addition, we will again recognize electricity providers for Consumer Education, Smart Energy Innovation, SMB Engagement, Consumer Engagement and Culture Transformation.

The nominations window will close on Friday, October 22, and winners will be selected in November by an independent advisory panel of industry experts. We will announce the winners in January 2022 and formally recognize them on stage at the 2022 Consumer Symposium, co-located with DistribuTECH.
