We're excited to announce that the agenda is now available for SECC's 2024 Consumer Symposium, a one-day forum on energy consumers that will be co-located with DISTRIBUTECH International in Orlando, Florida on Monday, February 26.

The theme for the upcoming event is The Consumer Voice in the Energy Transition, and the one-day program will feature a keynote from a utility leader, the presentation of the 2024 Best Practices Awards to six electricity providers, an evening cocktail reception and the following panel discussions:

• Customer Satisfaction and the Smart Grid
• Advancing an Equitable Energy Future for Today's Consumers
• Counting on Consumers with TOU
• Emergency Preparedness and Customer Expectations
• Electrification at Home... and on the Road (Two-Part Session)

We have already confirmed speakers from Oncor, GridX, PSEG Long Island, Southern Company, CLEAResult, Touchstone Energy Cooperatives, Sioux Valley Energy and Opinion Dynamics, and many others will be added to the program in the coming weeks.

Registrations for the 2024 Consumer Symposium will need to be completed through DISTRIBUTECH's registration form. On the first registration page, enter SECCEXP in the Promotion Code section to get a free Exhibition Pass, which will give you access to DISTRIBUTECH's keynote address, expo hall and more.
