Upcoming Webinar: “Extreme Weather and Power Outages” Survey

During our final webinar of the year on Thursday, December 7 at 1 p.m. (ET), we will share findings from the "Extreme Weather and Power Outages: Communicating with Customers" survey, which explored how to communicate with consumers about extreme weather and help them better prepare for potential outages.

Then, a guest speaker from an electric cooperative serving customers in northern Minnesota will share insights from her experience managing communications during extreme weather events. Finally, we will close the presentation with a 15-minute Q&A session and a preview of what to expect at the 2024 Consumer Symposium.
