2021 Best Practices Awards, Part I

This SECC webinar featured case-study style presentations from winners in three of the six categories from SECC’s 2021 Best Practices Awards: Consumer Education, SMB Engagement and Underserved Markets. Brad Wagner of TVA discussed their program that provides no-cost energy upgrades to income-eligible homes; Chad Miller of Consumers Energy talked about changes to their small business energy efficiency programs due to COVID-19; and Tamara Proctor of Mississippi Power discussed their education program for students.
