CLEAResult offers a comprehensive set of energy programs and demand side management strategies to help people make smart energy decisions. Their energy experts design and maintain energy optimization services for utility companies, as well as institutional, commercial and industrial organizations. CLEAResult delivers solutions that lower load requirements for utilities, reduce energy bills for end users and minimize environmental burdens on communities.
“Customer centricity is vital to the future growth of our industry,” says CLEAResult CEO Aziz Virani. “We must empower customers and put them at the center of everything we do. If we do this well, the customer base will make better, smarter energy choices that benefit our industry and society as a whole.”
In the relentless pursuit of customer empowerment, CLEAResult has created and refined a People First, Buildings Second philosophy. By truly understanding customers’ needs, wants and pain points, and by leveraging technological innovations, the company can help utility providers create messaging specific to the particular needs of individual customers. When CLEAResult tunes into consumers’ attitudes and behaviors and amplify their voices, they can dramatically improve the overall customer experience.

They’re helping utilities best serve their customers through key innovations such as digital instant rebates and critical software platforms like marketing automation.
Kansas City Power & Light (KCP&L) – KCP&L sought new ways to reduce demand on the grid and heighten customer satisfaction.
