2020 Best Practices

The six recipients of the third annual Best Practices Awards – ComEd, CPS Energy, Puget Sound Energy, National Grid, Austin Energy and Delmarva Power/Pepco – were recognized at SECC’s 2020 Consumer Symposium in San Antonio, Texas on Monday, January 27.

Awarded to six electricity providers annually, the Best Practices Awards highlight successful programs, products and strategies in the following categories: Product Innovation, Culture Transformation, Consumer Engagement, Underserved Markets, SMB Engagement and Consumer Education.

The nine-page “2020 Best Practices Guide” provides additional information on the six winners, including program details, realized benefits for consumers/SMBs, a quote from each recipient and an Honorable Mention for each category.
