2023 State of the Consumer

During this Research Brief Webinar, SECC’s Deputy Director Jason McGrade gave an overview of the “2023 State of the Consumer” report, which reviews SECC’s consumer research from 2022 and provides recommendations for how electricity providers can deepen the relationship with today’s consumers.

Following the research overview, Steven Nadel, Executive Director, American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), and Mark Wolfe, Executive Director, National Energy Assistance Directors Association (NEADA), shared additional insights that were highlighted in the “2023 State of the Consumer” report that help provide a more complete look at who today’s consumers are.
