During this Research Brief Webinar, we revealed the five new consumer segments developed in the “Consumer Pulse and Market Segmentation – Wave 8” study.
The new segmentation was developed following an online survey of 2,500 American consumers and hinges on two variables: consumers’ interest in their electricity usage (and how their usage affects the grid) and their comfort with and use of technology.
The featured speakers provided a thorough analysis of the characteristics of each segment and detailed steps that electricity providers and other industry stakeholders can take to better engage and serve each of the five new segments.
