Expanding the Consumer Value Proposition: New Energy Models

During this Peer Connect Webinar, we explored changing utility business models and the added value that can be delivered to residential customers through various models, including Community Choice Aggregators (CCAs), utility cooperatives and investor-owned utilities (IOUs).

Speakers shared unique programs that they are offering and how their customers are benefiting from them. We specifically heard about the clean energy advantages of a CCA, several innovative services from an IOU, and how the co-op model allows for more dynamic program offerings for their consumer-members.
